Protein Yogurt Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Protein yogurt (your choice)

  • 1/2 c. Fruit ( strawberries , blueberries , peach are my favorite)

  • 1/3 - 1/2 c. Granola

Instructions

  1. Layer and enjoy! If you want to meal prep these, put the granola in a snack bag or separate container.

  2. Tip: use frozen fruit if what you want isn’t in season
